Class meets the 4th Friday of the month.  Each month a different technique.  Fun way to learn and practice different piecing and quilting techniques.  All are Quilt-As-You-Go blocks.   Each quilted block will finish 12” square.  Quilted blocks can be combined to create a quilt or to create table runners.  Placemats, tote bags and pillows are other ways to use the blocks.  Click here for IDEAS for projects for the blocks. This is a great opportunity to learn different piecing techniques and to practice presser foot or free motion quilting while having some fun and camaraderie doing it. 

In class we will make the block.  We may or may not get it quilted in class.  That depends on how complicated it is to make the block .

Susan is an award-winning quilter who has been sewing all her life making garments, quilts, slipcovers, home decor and more.  She has been embroidering by machine since the mid-1980s.  She is trained on Pfaff, Viking and BabyLock machines, is certified to teach Pfaff/Viking software, is a licensed Sulky teacher and has been published in THREADS magazine.
