FREE VIDEO - Sew on a Button on a Sewing Machine

Sew a button on by machine. Any machine that can sew a zigzag stitch can sew a button onto fabric.
Although this video was made using a very basic mechanical sewing machine, the method is applicable to virtually ALL sewing machines, regardless of make or model. Some machine manufacturers make a 'sew-on-button' presser foot that will hold the button in place but the foot is not necessary. For the method shown in this video, paper (surgical) tape or just plain gift-wrap tape is used to hold the button in place for sewing. Happy Stitching.
