Learn Your Machine - 2026

You MUST HAVE PURCHASED your sewing machine FROM CHARLOTTE SEWING CENTER to take 'Learn Your Machine' lessons and the machine must have advanced features. Or, you may have purchased a complex attachment, like a Quilt Binder, a ruffler, a ribbon attachment, with which help is needed. Basic sewing machines do not qualify but we can refer you to internet learning resources for learning those machines.

REQUIREMENTS: Bring your machine, the manual and the accessories that came with the machine, and anything else you wish to bring. Fabric for sample sewing is provided but you can bring your own if you wish.

INSTRUCTOR: Most of these lessons are taught by Susan Nelson. She has many, many years of sewing experience and is a prize-winning Quilter. She has taken classes with Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking and Babylock.
